As a Care Partner, you play a vital role in our community. You provide total care for our residents, starting with assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, toileting, and oral care. You perform care as defined by the resident plan of care or assignment card, and record vital signs and weight.

You observe and report any changes in condition, attitude, reactions, appetite, or behavior, and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA requirements and facility policies. Your warm and friendly demeanor builds relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues and adds to the quality of care we provide.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Experience working as a direct support professional or caregiver is preferred, but not required. Are you trustworthy, respectful, dependable, professional, and a team player? This is a full‑time, 8‑hour shift position: 11pm to 7:30am, which will include every other weekend.
