Thompson Coburn is seeking a litigation attorney to join its O’Fallon office. Candidates should have 1-2 years of litigation experience or be a third‑year law student who will sit for the bar in July. The ideal candidate must have exceptional academic achievement, excellent analytical and writing skills, and the ability to function both independently and within a team. Candidates should be licensed to practice in Illinois or Missouri or seeking to be admitted in either or both states.

The salary range for this position in our O'Fallon office is $112,500–$120,000. Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on relevant skills, training and other job‑related factors. The range listed is just one of Thompson Coburn’s total compensation and benefits package for associates, which includes productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance;
