• Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality that reflects the Crazy Bowls & Wraps brand.
• Lead and develop a dynamic team while fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory, staffing, and scheduling (weekends required).
• Train new team members, sharing knowledge and passion for the brand.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant.
• Hit goals, improve efficiencies, and keep the team on track.

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Leadership skills that inspire, motivate, and drive success.
