Preferred QualificationsBSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) or higher degree.
Role PurposeProvides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the nursing care standards.
Responsibilities- Promote patient and family‑centered care in a healing environment, educating families on illness management and home‑care medication administration.
- Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; engage in professional development.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with defined goals in collaboration with interprofessional team members and the patient/family; ensure communication of care plans across the continuum.
- Use critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs according to standards of care; assess patient preferences and potential barriers to involvement in care.
- Perform in a safe manner as a safety‑sensitive position requiring constant alertness.
