- Provide on-site wound assessments, treatments, and debridements.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Document visits accurately in EMR systems and monitor patient progress.
- Educate patients and families on wound management and prevention.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and stay updated on wound care advancements.
Active NP license in Illinois (and Missouri preferred), certification in Adult-Gerontology, Family, or Acute Care, reliable transportation. Wound care experience preferred but training available.
