One Center cares for patients with various medical and surgical conditions, including infectious diseases, co-morbidities, bariatric needs, respiratory issues, and renal conditions.

Role Purpose

Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the standards of nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with professional development.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Uses nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers to involvement.
• This is a safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
