Cook Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking:
  Prepare fresh ingredients and cook bowls and wraps that guests will love; work with a variety of ingredients and techniques to create healthy, flavorful dishes.
• Maintaining Kitchen Organization:
  Keep station clean, organized, and stocked; maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment following all food safety regulations.
• Quality Control:
  Ensure every dish meets high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
• Speed & Efficiency:
  Work in a fast-paced kitchen to prepare and cook orders quickly while upholding quality and cleanliness.

  Communicate and collaborate with fellow coworkers and front-of-house staff to keep service smooth.
• Inventory & Stocking:
  Help with inventory and ensure kitchen is stocked for the day’s service.
