Base pay range: $14.00/hr – $16.00/hr

The Customer Care Associate is responsible for responding to incoming internet leads and sales calls, as well as making outbound phone calls to potential and existing clients.

• Responding to inbound leads by phone, text message, and email with the goal of scheduling sales appointments.
• Confirming all sales appointments and rescheduling missed appointments.
• Assisting BDC Manager and Sales Managers with unsold, sold and service appointment follow-up as assigned.
• Providing accurate vehicle information to prospects.
• Preparing Sales Associate and vehicle (if applicable) for incoming appointments.
• Utilize CRM system to record all work completed, and assist managers and sales associates with input of new information.
• Communicate consistently with BDC manager and report all activity to them.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Other duties as assigned.
