Ihre Aufgaben:- Offerten erstellen
- Fakturierungen von Aufträgen
- Online Shop bearbeiten
- Telefon und Empfang
- Bereitgestellte Waren an Kunden übergeben
- Mithilfe im Personal- und Rechnungswesen
- Allgemeine Administration
- Einbuchen ins ERP‑System
- Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- PC‑Kenntnisse in Word und Excel, von Vorteil Erfahrung mit ERP
- Unterstützung der Erfahrungssammlung bei der Tätigkeit
