MEWA Service AG sucht eine erfahrene Kundendienstkraft im Innendienst (50%). Sie betreuen Bestandskunden, wickeln Verträge ab, managen Tourenrückläufe und dokumentieren Daten. Sie arbeiten eng mit Außendienst, Service, Lager, Produktion und Finanzbuchhaltung zusammen und führen telefonische Kontakte sowie gelegentliche Kundenbesuche durch.
Gesucht wird eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung, Muttersprache Deutsch und verhandlungssichere Französischkenntnisse (B2). SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
