InGold Aesthetics combines aesthetic dentistry, plastic surgery, and aesthetic medicine under one roof, representing the highest quality and natural-looking results. Our state-of-the‑art practice in Zug offers our patients first‑class dental care with a special focus on aesthetics, functionality, and patient satisfaction.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for someone for our Zug location and possibly for our dental practice in Aarburg Oftringen, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Dental Assistant EFZ (40–100%)- Reception and care of our patients
- Patient care before, during, and after treatment – your empathy ensures a pleasant atmosphere
- Assisting with aesthetic and general dental treatments (including prosthetics, implantology, and teeth whitening)
- Reprocessing and sterilizing instruments according to applicable hygiene guidelines
- Managing patient files and coordinating appointments
- Communicating with patients via telephone, email, and Whats App
- Supporting administrative tasks such as invoicing and accounts receivable management
- Participating in the InGold Aesthetics Academy – supporting training for dentists and dental professionals
- Supporting social media and providing advice on cosmetic dental treatments and care products
- Preparing and cleaning the treatment rooms
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a dental assistant (EFZ)
- Precise, reliable, and efficient work ethic
- Fluent German and English skills (additional languages, especially French, are an advantage)
- Flexible, resilient, motivated, and dedicated
- Well‑groomed appearance and friendly manner with patients
- Organizational skills and basic knowledge of social media are an advantage
