Expert Lab Services - Material Science Polymers

Responsibilities

Technical/ Lab Services

• Deliverstechnicaland lab service support for existing products and solutions across all Horizons, under guidance from senior team members.

• Assistsin proof-of-concept activities for Horizon 2 and 3initiatives.

• Deliver slab,field, and customer testing, data collection, and interpretationoflab, field, and customer trials.

• Ensures technical documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

• Close collaboration within the technical service community,Commercialisation Management, OSM Region Sales, and Key Account teams to support technical conversion of sales opportunities.

• Supports Sales and otherfunctionstraining, as well as new Technical Service team members on applications and testing.

Stakeholder Management

• Participatesininitialcommercialization activities and go-to-market support.

• Assistsin technical training sessions for OSM sales teams and channel partners.

• Represents Technical/ Lab Services in internal meetings and customer interactions as needed.

• Auniversity degree in engineering / chemistry ora relevant subject area isa a must.

• Minimum of0-7years of relevanttechnicaland/or labserviceexperience. International work experience isbeneficial.

• Good understanding and knowledge of Polymer Applications and/or industrials minerals

• Personality with a strong service mindset, having a feeling for providing the right technical and lab service level to drive customer satisfaction and underline our leadership asanindustrial mineral producer.

• Ability to own assigned tasks and promote collaboration.

• Effectivecommunicationskills(oral and writing) andthe ability to interact with individuals from a range of backgrounds and at all levels.

• Good project management skills, incl. project documentation.

• Good analytical skills to interpret data from lab, field, and customer trials.

• Ability togive recommendations based on lab, field, and customer trial results.

• Excellent command of both oralandwritten local language and English is required.
  
  Additional language skills are beneficial.

• Availability for business travel up to0-30% of the time required

• Strong team player with good communication skills.
