Sie beraten ambulante Patienten und Bewohner zu Adipositas, Stoffwechselerkrankungen, Verdauungserkrankungen, Essstörungen, Mangelernährung und Nahrungsmittelallergien.
Sie arbeiten interdisziplinär und entwickeln das ernährungstherapeutische Angebot weiter, beteiligen sich an Projekten und Schulungen.
