Accounts Receivable Specialist (Full-Time, In-Office Role)

Hours:

Full-Time (40 hours per week).

Start Date:

ASAP. Pay: $16–$20 per hour (depending on experience).

Your work will support the financial health of a fast-growing company. We’re ZB Designs, creators of Wigglitz — a fast-moving 3D printed toy brand.

• Manage Invoices – Prepare and send invoices to customers accurately and on time.
• Track Payments – Monitor accounts to ensure payments are received promptly.
• Collections – Follow up with customers on overdue accounts in a professional, customer-friendly manner.
• Recordkeeping – Maintain accurate financial records and update our systems daily.
• Reporting – Assist with generating reports on receivables, collections, and cash flow.
• Collaborate with the Team – Work with operations, sales, and leadership to resolve billing issues.
• Be Flexible & Creative – Take on unconventional tasks to keep processes efficient and the team supported.

• Detail-Oriented & Organized – You don’t let numbers slip through the cracks.
• Reliable & Professional – You take ownership of responsibilities and follow through.
• Clear Communicator – Comfortable working with customers and teammates professionally.
• Problem-Solver – You can troubleshoot issues and find solutions.
• Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using spreadsheets, accounting software, and digital tools.
• Flexible & Team-Oriented – Willing to pitch in to help the company succeed.
• Experience – Minimum of 1 year in accounts receivable, billing, or finance.

• Struggles with staying organized.
• Does not take ownership of tasks or deadlines.
