Job Summary /Basic FunctionAdmissions/Advising Department has an opening for an office worker to perform clerical duties. Work will be performed in a positive, team oriented environment.
Successful candidate will provide assistance to students and staff members, answer multi phone line, file, label, sort/organize files and information, type correspondence and other duties as assigned.
** This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time, the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.
- Post High School
- Personal computer skills and background in specific computer applications such as word processing, database, Google Calendar, spreadsheets, etc.
- Multi-line phone system, communication skills are vital.

Visual Acuity Requirements including color, depth perception and field of vision. Required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; using a computer terminal; extensive reading.
The conditions the worker will be subject to in this position. None. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).
