** The Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and resolution of distributor and parent account order and service issues. This role supports urgent order management, service request assessment, billing and AR issue analysis, and facilitates system access for accounts. The specialist maintains accurate customer data, oversees onboarding processes, and provides comprehensive support for customer and distributor order management. By supporting price changes and managing systemic order monitoring, the specialist plays a critical role in maintaining operational reliability and customer satisfaction across distributor and customer accounts.
