We’re looking for a motivated, flexible, and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to work closely with our Operations Manager and support the overall flow of our business. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be directly involved in keeping production, fulfillment, and day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the Ops Manager:
    Assist with daily operational needs and keep projects moving forward.
  • All‑Around Operations Help:
    Jump in where needed—production support, fulfillment, logistics, admin tasks, and more.
  • Keep Things Organized:
    Help maintain order across processes, inventory, and documentation.
  • Problem‑Solve on the Fly:
    Adapt quickly and find solutions when challenges come up.
  • Take on “Outside the Box” Tasks:
    From special projects to creative problem‑solving, help bring in new ideas and improvements.
  • Collaborate Across Teams:
    Work with different departments to make sure operations run efficiently.
  • Learn & Grow:
    Gain hands‑on experience in all areas of operations with opportunities to expand your skill set.
