About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Wholesale Demand Planner to manage demand planning, inventory visibility, and order reservation processes for our Tier I and II wholesale accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, is caring and passionate about adding value to the team.

The ideal candidate has strong ERP experience (Net Suite preferred), proficiency in Google Workspace, and a minimum of two years of relevant planning or inventory experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze historical sales, current trends, and account-specific buying behavior to recommend optimal assortments.
  • Build SKU-level recommendations tailored to each wholesale partner’s size, channel, and growth potential.
  • Identify gaps, over-assortment, and opportunities to improve productivity within each account’s selection.
  • Partner with Sales to prepare pre-season and in-season assortment proposals.
  • Provide “what’s possible” assortment options for new accounts or those purchasing outside the standard planning cycle.
Inventory Visibility & ATS (Available-to-Sell) Management
  • Maintain and distribute ATS reports for assigned accounts with accuracy and timely updates.
  • Ensure clear visibility into inventory availability to support informed decision-making.
Order Reservation Management
  • Create, update, and manage order reservations for all assigned wholesale accounts.
  • Ensure reservations align with account forecasts, open-to-buy, and inventory availability.
  • Track reservation expirations and partner with Sales to convert reservations into confirmed orders.
  • Adjust reservations based on shifting demand, cancellations, or inventory constraints.
  • Collaborate with Fulfillment to recommend substitutions that meet account needs.
  • Communicate anticipated constraints and substitution needs to Sales to ensure alignment before execution.
Account-Level Demand Monitoring
  • Review daily and weekly order activity to understand purchasing behavior across accounts.
  • Identify unusual buying patterns, spikes, or declines and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Track sell-in performance against plan and highlight risks or opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of each account’s business to support proactive planning.
New Account & Off-Cycle Buying Support
  • Assess available inventory and build tailored buy recommendations for new wholesale partners.
  • Support accounts purchasing outside the normal planning window by evaluating real-time inventory and constraints.
  • Provide rapid-turnaround assortment options for mid-season or off-cycle buys.
  • Ensure off-cycle purchases align with overall inventory strategy and do not jeopardize commitments to other accounts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Lead the weekly PO sync meeting to ensure alignment on inventory strategy and communicate constraints, risks, and opportunities clearly and proactively across teams.
Process & Data Management
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, substitutions, and assortment recommendations.
  • Support the creation and refinement of tools and templates used for ATS reporting, assortment planning, and account analysis.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, merchandising, or a related field.
  • ERP experience required;
    Net Suite strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
