Schedule: Evening, Overnight, and Weekend Coverage

We're looking for a detail-oriented Building Automation Dispatcher to join our after-hours operations team. This position plays a key role in coordinating responses to building system events, communicating with customers, and ensuring facilities receive timely support when issues arise.

• Monitor incoming building automation notifications and service requests.
• Evaluate system-generated events and determine the appropriate course of action.
• Dispatch technicians, contractors, or support personnel based on established procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during non-business hours.
• Coordinate communication between customers, field teams, and internal staff.
• Assist with remote troubleshooting and information gathering when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, customer interactions, and response activities.
• Escalate critical situations to designated personnel according to company guidelines.
• Support operational continuity during evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
