Front Desk Agent

Our Ogden, UT office is missing one thing, and it happens to be a mid-level Front Desk Agent fluent in Emotional Intelligence. The pitch is honest — $64,000 - $86,000, real ownership of general outcomes, and a PwC crew in Ogden that has your back.

• Read PwC's general signals and reprioritize without being asked
• Pair Written Communication fluency with the patience to explain it plainly
• Chase down the root cause instead of slapping on a patch
• Own the boring middle of a project, not just the kickoff
• Turn ambiguous Growth Mindset requests into shipped, measurable outcomes

Own your mistakes loudly and your wins quietly
• Keep the PwC backlog ruthlessly honest about what's truly next

• Hands-on familiarity with Interpersonal Skills, sharpened by Coaching side projects
• Comfort with hybrid arrangements and the rhythms of a people-centered workplace
• Real curiosity about why PwC customers do what they do
• An Ogden network, or the hustle to build one from scratch

Long before general was fashionable, PwC was already solving it for businesses scattered across UT. We build an environment where solutions-focused ideas get tested quickly and credit is shared fairly.

We answer the money question first with $64,000 - $86,000, then keep going with growth budgets, mentorship, and a flexible hybrid schedule.

This req breathes: refreshed hours ago and still very much alive.
