HR Assistant

HealthPoint Solutions needs a HR Assistant who can sit with ambiguity long enough to make it small, then make it actionable. This is a full-time opportunity built for someone who wants to own outcomes, sharpen SAP Success Factors, and grow with a tight-knit team.

• Field the awkward question in the Q  and have the data ready
• Own the relationship with the Compensation Benchmarking vendor so it stops being a fire drill
• Hold the line on scope when a business project starts sprawling
• Run market sizing exercises to prioritize expansion in Provo
• Design dashboards that track revenue, retention, and unit economics
• Analyze customer and sales data to surface actionable trends
• Spearhead initiatives that improve operational margins year over year

• A keen eye for quality and consistency in your output
• A solid foundation in Prioritization, refined over 1+ years
• Sharp organizational skills and an ability to juggle multiple work streams
• Working knowledge of Time Management alongside transferable Instructional Design chops
• Ability to learn new business systems quickly and apply them effectively
• Willingness to commute to Provo, UT or work flexibly as needed

What sets HealthPoint Solutions apart is an unfussy team in Provo that treats every customer like a partner. Collaboration over heroics is our default, and we'd rather win as a group than burn anyone out.

Count on $48,000 - $64,000, remote-first flexibility, parental leave, and a stipend for the tools and courses you need.

As of right now, HealthPoint Solutions is still reading every resume that lands here.
