• Direct Hire position
• $75,000.00 to $ /annually
• First Shift
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure accurate pricing and adherence to budgets.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information for estimates.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
• Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
• Maintain organized records of all estimates, contracts, and related documentation.

• Steel Erection Estimation: 1 year (Required)
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and practices.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with contractors and suppliers.
• Familiarity with cost control measures in construction projects.
• Understanding of construction site operations and requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in evaluating project specifications.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fabrication Estimation experience if applicable.
• 50% Travel (Required)
