NLC (Next Level Contractors) is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Superintendent to lead field operations across active heavy civil projects throughout Utah. This field-based role requires oversight of earthwork, grading, and underground utilities, with a strong emphasis on planning and execution at project sites statewide.
You will manage multiple crews, schedule look-ahead plans, track production and costs, and ensure safety, quality, and adherence to plans and specs.
