Join us to bring freedom to people and businesses, while growing your own career path.

The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you will build and maintain a community within your center, handling administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their businesses.

A typical day at IWG

You arrive before opening to ensure the center is ready, then greet customers throughout the day—assisting with Wi‑Fi, package pickups, meeting room directions, projector setup, and coffee recommendations. You process service requests, manage billing accuracy, and coordinate with the Community Manager to plan networking events, write e‑invites, and create promotional materials. You conclude each day by ensuring all activities are wrapped up and the center is tidy.
