Kelso Building Services seeks experienced dispatchers to coordinate service technicians and deliver high-quality HVAC automation services.

The Dispatcher coordinates and dispatches service technicians to customer locations, manages service calls, and ensures efficient delivery of automation services.

• Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on service requests and urgency.
• Take customer calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about services, pricing, and scheduling.
• Ensure technicians have the necessary information and resources to complete their tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, appointments, and customer information.
• Optimize routes for technicians to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in preparing reports related to job status, daily activities, and dispatched calls.
• Work with the management team to forecast scheduling needs based on seasonal changes or customer demands.

• 1-2 years of prior experience in dispatching or customer service roles, preferably in the HVAC/building automation or construction industries.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with building automation controls systems and terminology is a plus.

• Ability to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations.
• Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
