The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, process payments and other sale day activities. The role supports multiple departments and ensures compliance with internal coding and documentation processes.
Responsibilities- Organize all keys and files by internal coding system and Lot number; upload documents to the web each sale.
- Communicate with various departments and customers regarding document requests (e.g., LOLC’s, Purge Documents).
- Process payments from successful bidders.
- Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
- Deliver superior customer service at all times.
- Support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety by taking personal responsibility for safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous work experience interacting with customers in person.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new technology and software.
- Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry.
- Commitment to providing fantastic customer service.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high‑pressure situations.
- Friendly, outgoing, and patient personality.
- Team player who pitches in wherever needed.
