Job Summary/Basic Function:
Tutor WSU students in Business at the Ogden Learning Center as part of the Learning Support department. Tutoring is done on an individual appointment basis. Availability for appointments is determined by the tutor. We require and provide training in tutoring techniques. This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.

• Tutor WSU students in Business at the Ogden Learning Center on an individual appointment basis.
• Schedule appointments based on tutor availability.
• Participate in required tutoring trainings.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a WSU student.
• Must have earned a B or better in the courses you propose to tutor.
• A strong working knowledge of the subject matter you will be tutoring.
• Good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to tutor many different courses.
