Hourly Pay Rate: $14.50
Tutor WSU students in Computer Science at the Davis Learning Center as part of the Learning Support department. Tutoring is done on a drop‑in basis. Availability for drop‑in shifts is determined by the tutor. We require and provide training in tutoring techniques.
- This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.
- Must be a WSU student in good academic standing.
- Faculty recommendation or endorsement.
- Must be able to tutor at the Davis Campus.
- Must have earned a B or better in the courses you propose to tutor.
- A strong working knowledge of the subject matter you will be tutoring.
- Good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tutor many different courses.
