** Your role here
** In your role of Process Quality Engineer, you'll combine strong relationship management with technical knowledge to ensure our customers get the most value from our products and services.##
** Your experience and background
*** Shown experience in customer success, technical account management, and/or quality management within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
* Understanding of quality assurance principles, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement processes.
* Experience developing and implementing customer quality programs and running customer audits or certifications.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve customer complaints using structured problem-solving methods.
* Skilled in building and maintaining vendor partnerships, including qualification and requalification of suppliers.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams to address quality issues, improve performance, and drive collaboration between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality documentation practices.
* Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage directly with customers on performance goals and improvement initiatives.
* Background in technical support or production line troubleshooting, ideally with exposure to packaging, plastics, or manufacturing processes.
* Ability to train and mentor team members on quality systems, procedures, and best practices.
* Demonstrated success in identifying critical initiatives that improve customer value and optimize internal resources.
* High School Diploma/GED and 8-10 years of experience within technical environment in packaging industry preferred.##
