LMTF Facilities Analyst – Boeing
We are seeking a Facilities Analyst to support the Hill Air Force Base (HAFB) Little Mountain Test Facility (LMTF) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Program (ICBM) out of Ogden, UT. The role involves operations and maintenance of nuclear hardness test laboratories for the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) and other DoD/DoE programs.
Position Responsibilities- Escort suppliers, vendors, or USAF entities daily and as required.
- Interface with government stakeholders to manage site facilities.
- Assist Facility Manager with site projects, upgrades, and miscellaneous facility tasks.
- Maintain vehicle fleet with daily, weekly, and monthly inspections; provide status to site leadership.
- Manage data entry into information and analysis management systems.
- Provide material reports and status changes to project teams, communicating plan changes and recovery plans.
- Support development and update of task-specific plans, deliverables, and schedules.
- Assist meetings, schedule and cost baseline control, forecast updates, and tracking of subcontractor and material purchase orders.
- Support operations team with inventory, supply management, and escorting of subcontractors, facilities, and government property.
- Perform clerical, logistical, and administrative tasks as required by site leadership.
- Active U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Secret required; active in the past 24 months).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for project documentation.
- Experience with vehicle maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience in Facility Management, Test & Evaluation, Test Planning, Test Labs, or Project Management.
- Data analysis skills and ability to present data from Excel to PowerPoint.
- Experience in facility management, logistics, and/or supply chain operations.
- Minimum 10% travel.
- Primarily first shift; additional shifts may be required.
- Relocation assistance is not provided; candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Security ClearanceActive U.S. Secret Clearance required; U.S. Citizenship required.

Total RewardsCompetitive base pay and variable compensation. Benefits include health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off.
Pay range: $59,500–$80,500 USD.
