Position Overview

Customer Service Operator – Becklar Enterprise Monitoring, Ogden, Utah.

Becklar is a fast‑growing alarm monitoring company dedicated to saving lives and protecting property. We combine technology with a people‑centered approach to provide the fastest response to burglar, fire, medical, and IoT alarms.

• Process alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally while managing stressful situations.
• Dispatch the correct authorities to subscriber locations during emergencies, verify that help is on its way, and notify responsible parties.
• Assist partner alarm companies with system tests to ensure alarms are operating correctly.
• Accurately document all responses in the company database.
• Learn and use new software for multiple tasks.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to improve alarm handling and foster professional growth.

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Availability for day / early‑morning shifts and one weekend day each week (or every other weekend) and holidays.
• Previous customer‑service experience preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
• Commitment to a 6‑month employment period.
• Successful completion of a 2‑week fully‑paid training program.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check.

• Part‑time schedule: 16–29 hours per week.
• Starting pay $16.50 / hour, increasing to $17.00 / hour after 90 days.
• Higher starting pay $17.50 / hour (up to $18.00 / hour after 90 days) for selected candidates.
