SP Accountant Relationship Manager

Highly motivated and knowledgeable professional to manage financial operations and build trusted partnerships with key clients. This role combines technical accounting expertise with strategic communication, supporting our partners' success while ensuring financial integrity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary accounting contact for Strategic Partners, fostering trust through regular onsite and virtual engagement
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve aged items and ensure partner satisfaction
• Manage relationships through onsite & virtual visits with Partners
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting
• Prepare daily and monthly reconciliations of ledgers and cash accounts
• Improve processes and find ways to advance efficiencies
• Other duties as assigned

Required education and experience:

• Minimum 4 years’ banking experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting

Preferred education and experience:

• CPA preferred
• Strong foundation in GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable engaging with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and with a team
