The Regulatory Compliance Analyst will perform compliance monitoring and testing, evaluate results, and provide feedback. Additionally, the Analyst will follow defined processes, procedures, instructions, and schedules.

• Assistin creating andmaintaininga strong, proactive culture of compliance
• Perform compliance monitoring/testing as scheduled under the Bank’s Compliance Program
• Identify exceptions related to noncompliance and communicate those exceptions to the Regulatory Compliance Officer, as appropriate.
• Assistin developing procedures that meet the requirements of compliance regulations for new products and services being introduced as assigned
• Identify compliance risks and emerging issues applicable to ongoing and proposed business activities
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of compliance risk analysis
• Other duties as assigned

• Requires a High School degree or equivalent
• Prior banking, compliance, audit processes and procedures, or other related experience preferred
• Prior regulatory compliance and /or banking experience preferred
• Must have good analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good audit, problem-resolution, and research skills
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently yet still be team-oriented
• A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements

• Obtain andmaintainproficient knowledge of banking laws and regulations
• Above average communication and writing skills required
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound and balanced judgment
• Ability to manipulate moderately large sets of data
• Basic knowledge of bank services, policies, and procedures
