Allied Travel Careers  is working with Windsor Healthcare Recruitment Group, Inc. to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Ogden, Utah, 84405. Ogden Regional Medical Center Dept: IP Rehab Physical Therapy. Travel Cost Center: 77713. Unit Information:
Acute Rehabilitation Therapy, 15 beds, staffed by 3 FT PT, 2 PRN PT, 4 FT OT, 2 PT OT, 3 PRN OT, 1 PRN COTA, 1 FT ST, 1 PRN ST. Shift: M-F 8-4:30 with rotating weekends. Types of staff:
Day Shift Physical Therapist. Patient ratios 4-5/1. Equipment:
Bioness, FES, Biodex, EMR Meditech. On Call Requirements:
None. Weekend Requirements: 1-2 weekends a month. Typical hiring profile:
Must have good organizational and communication skills, work with many disciplines. Preferred:
Neuro certification. Typical procedures:
Physical therapy evaluations (75-90 minutes) and treatment plans; 25-30% of patients are stroke/neuro. Team player with all disciplines. Developing CARE scoring for quality/reimbursement. Personality fit:
Positive, upbeat, encouraging, compassionate, motivating. Required certifications:
Utah Physical Therapy License, BLS.
