Outpatient - Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC)

Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for passionate LCSW, LMFT, and LCPC therapists to join our fully remote Outpatient Therapy team, providing services in Nevada. This opportunity is available to therapists licensed in Nevada and located anywhere in Utah. Whether you join as a W2 employee or an independent contractor, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule, hours, and caseload.

• Complete diagnostic evaluations, diagnoses, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting both in-person at outpatient headquarters and remotely using company‑provided Telehealth software.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner remotely in our EMR (Athena I).
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.

• LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC licensure required.
• Professional Liability Insurance.
• Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare (plus!).
• Some facilities may require up‑to‑date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.
• TB Test.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent written communication.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, organized, and capable of functioning under stressful situations.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
