- Uphold ethical standards and comply with FDA guidelines and industry best practices
- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales track record
- Ability to lead and work in cross‑functional teams
- Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., , Oracle, SAP)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, with residency in the assigned territory
- Master’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotics
- Familiarity with specialty pharmacy distribution
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for purpose‑driven work
