Starting rate increased to $16.00 per hour!!! If you are a compassionate, caring, energetic creative, fun individual that enjoys helping individuals with disabilities achieve their greatest potential, Futures Through Choices has an open position for a Direct Care Support staff.

Responsibilities:

• Help the clients become as self‑sufficient as they physically and mentally can.
• Assist with meals, hygiene needs (toileting, showering, changing briefs when needed).
• Help clients make the best choices for themselves, including healthy menus and promoting their right to make choices.
• Take clients into the community, attend events, prepare crafts and activities.
• Ensure living areas, contents, and surroundings are safe and sanitary, including basic housekeeping and laundry.

This is an entry level, part‑time position that pays $16.00 per hour. We offer flexible schedules. The available shifts are mornings, swings, weekends, and graves.
