Mountain Land Physical Therapy is a private practice leading the nation in advancing musculoskeletal care. With one-third of primary care visits related to musculoskeletal conditions and a growing shortage of physicians, we are putting physical therapists at the front of care, equipped with diagnostic imaging in many clinics for faster, more accurate treatment.

Compensation and BenefitsTotal Potential Income with Revenue Sharing: $90,000–$105,000 annually.
Base Pay: $77,000–$85,000.
Sign On Bonus: $7,500.
Student Loan Repayment: $5,250 per year.
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with 3% match, 22–27 days of paid days off, CEU support, gym incentives, full reimbursement for board certification, internal diagnostic imaging certification, and sever other great benefits.

- Manage a balanced caseload:

Join our Director Pathway which teaches you how to manage an outpatient clinic. Being a director comes with ownership opportunity in Mountain Land PT as a whole. You will also have access to other Pathways such as diagnostic imaging or internal continuing education that promotes advanced certifications such as becoming an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
