Occupational Therapist – Ogden

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high‑quality occupational therapy services in the Ogden area. The OT will develop and implement treatment plans for clients of all ages in the home and community settings.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and interpret assessment results to develop individualized care plans and skill interventions.
• Assist pediatric and adult clients to improve cognitive, neurological, physical, sensory, feeding, activities of daily living, and social/emotional functioning.
• Coordinate care with referring physicians and other health care organizations to ensure safe and effective client care.
• Instruct clients, families, and other personnel in treatment plans and provide ongoing education.
• Identify client and caregiver needs for additional services and refer as appropriate.
• Prepare and submit documentation per organization policy.
• Maintain clinical competency and stay current with occupational therapy theory and practice.

Pay: $60‑$70 per visit (visit duration varies from 30‑60 minutes). Mileage provided for commuting between patient visits.

Schedule:

Part‑time – 10‑20 visits per week (days and visit count can be scheduled flexibly).

• Master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT).
• NBCOT certification.
• Active occupational therapist license in the state of Utah.
• Active BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Minimum of 1‑year clinical experience in occupational therapy (preferred).
