Dark Wolf Solutions, LLC seeks a Help Desk Technician to support onboarding and Tier 1 end-user troubleshooting across our internal platforms. This on-site role is based in Ogden, Utah and requires a US citizen with an active Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred).
Responsibilities include onboarding, basic software/hardware troubleshooting, ticket routing, and knowledge-base article creation. A strong customer-service mindset and teamwork are essential for success in this role.
