What You Can Expect

Our Insurance Processors eagerly assist members and prospective members with property and casualty insurance product needs including homeowner and renter, flood and earthquake, auto, life, and umbrella policies!

Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information
  • 5151 South 400 East, Washington Terrace, Utah 84405
  • Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • $20.25/hour + Bonus + Commission + Incentive
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and effectively manage long‑term, trusting relationships.
  • Analyze personal insurance needs and make customized insurance recommendations.
  • Manage book of business by servicing existing member insurance needs.
  • Provide timely, consistent, proactive follow‑up including fielding questions and requests.
  • Comply with all regulations as required by law.
  • Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
Experience, Education & Certification
  • High school diploma
  • 1‑3 years of similar or related experience
  • Property & Casualty Insurance license preferred
