The Supply Chain Coordinator supports the Supply Chain and Demand Planning functions by ensuring accurate item data, maintaining the wholesale catalog, and facilitating smooth order execution across channels. This role serves as a key operational link between Planning, Fulfillment, and wholesale customers, helping maintain service levels, data integrity, and efficient inventory flow.

• Send Customer Order Memos to wholesale customers with updates, changes, and key
• Respond to order status questions with timely, accurate information.
• Partner with the Planner to identify and process product substitutions to support
• Manage Amazon Transfer Orders, ensuring accuracy and ontime processing.
• Create and edit items in Net Suite, ensuring complete and accurate item master data.
• Maintain the wholesale catalog, including new item setup, updates, and data integrity checks.
• Make PO edits to support fulfillment and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain a manual log of closed units, including volumes and rootcause reasons.
• Support Planning and Fulfillment teams with daily operational tasks that enable accurate forecasting and efficient order execution.
• Collaborate with internal partners to troubleshoot issues and ensure alignment across systems and processes.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data driven tasks.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain clear documentation.
• Formal education in Supply Chain Management or a related field required.
