• The primary responsibilities of the Digital Media Specialist (DMS) are as follows:
• Provide customer service and support to students using the Computer Literacy Center (CLC).
• Responsible for the basic operations of the Computer Literacy Center.
• Administering exams entrusted to the CLC.
• Ensure clean, safe, and efficient operation of center.
• Assist Supervisor or CLC Director as needed.
• You will learn to create Online Learning Modules for the Computer Literacy Center.
• Creating digital projects (Online Learning Modules) as assigned.
• This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time, the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.

• Must have completed NTM 1700 (or equivalent) with a grade of “B” or higher.
• Potential candidates must have good communication and customer service skills through work or volunteer experiences.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Suite.

• Bilingual/Spanish speaking.
