** Job Summary*
* The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.
** Job Responsibilities*
*
- Strips and cleans concrete forms
- Pours concrete, shovels, vibrates, and finishes
- Maintains good housekeeping and safety regulations on the shop floor
- Performs basic carpentry skills
- Operate Forklift and other heavy machinery
- Other duties as assigned

- At least 2 years of experience in concrete panel work
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Knowledge of basic tools and their uses
- Understand and apply basic math skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication)
- Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure
