MIG​/TIG Welder & Fabricators; Chester, VA; Dallas, GA; Ogden, UT

The MIG/TIG Welder & Fabricator will be responsible for welding and fabricating products for trench and drain systems.

• Maintain a safe work environment with a “safety first” mindset
• Follow all safety processes and procedures
• Perform daily and repetitive hand welding operations
• Operate welding equipment in a safe manner, including voltage and gas regulation and feed rate
• Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16”
• Layout and mark weld points on parts or assemblies using tape measure, square, scribe or templates
• Plan and layout welding sequence, referring to drawings, blueprints or specifications
• Maintain the desired level of quality required for satisfactory production output
• Other duties as assigned, such as minor maintenance tasks

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have welding experience, preferably in manufacturing or fabrication
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to MIG and TIG weld

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Welding certification preferred

• Ability to withstand extreme temperatures (hot and cold) and outside elements
• Ability to stand/walk/crouch/bend frequently throughout entire shift
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a steady state of output
• Must have an eye for detail and ability to identify workmanship mistakes and report to Manager
