Mechanical/Machined Parts Quality Inspector/Technician, Full-time, Ogden, Utah. JD Machine Corp. is seeking to hire a full-time Quality Inspector.

• Inspect products to ensure they meet blueprint requirements using various measuring and inspection techniques (micrometers, calipers, CMM, surface plate, optical comparator, etc.).
• Book and certify plating and processing (anodize, paint, chem film, and other plating/processing types) through buying off plated parts and certs.
• Complete paperwork per AS9100 requirements and audit products and procedures to the AS9100 standard.
• Adjust fixtures and processes to ensure finished products meet customer expectations and quality standards.

• At least 1 year of experience using inspection methods listed above.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to communicate and work well with others in a team environment.

Salary: $17-25 per hour, depending on applicable experience. Benefits include paid time off, life insurance, long-term disability, health and dental, 401k with matching contributions, and quarterly team member appreciation activities.
