Responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient, professional, profitable, high quality, clean and organized work area while performing all day‑to‑day rental operational tasks.
Duties And Responsibilities- Adhere to all safety policies.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Follow all procedures for shipping and receiving items in and out of the yard.
- Perform pre‑rental checks to ensure machines are in safe operational condition, perform basic maintenance such as checking and topping off fluid levels, checking air filters, greasing, and washing equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and record damaged machines.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the yard.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all applicable rental agreements such as shippers/receivers, damages, consumables, etc.
- Assist rental coordinator with rental contracts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work safely, identify hazards, and assist in corrective activities.
- Must be a self‑starter and accomplish work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to solve problems and work under pressure.
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed in all types of weather conditions.
- Must be proficient with computers, typing, and navigating web‑based programs.
