We are recruiting a Hot Plant Leadman/Hot Plant Operator for our Hot Plant in Ogden, Utah. The Leadman is responsible for all site activities in the absence of the Plant Manager, ensuring safety, production, and quality standards are met.

• Lead and manage all site activities when the Plant Manager is absent.
• Ensure the health and welfare of the crew and maintain safety standards.
• Administer the Summit Safety Principles and enforce company safety standards.
• Safely operate the plant and optimize production to achieve maximum output.
• Guarantee that products meet internal and external specifications.
• Compile and maintain production, maintenance, and time‑card logs.
• Implement the Plant Program, including daily production and maintenance schedules.
• Handle parts requisitions from the Site Manager.
• Communicate regularly with crew members to promote best operational practices.
• Monitor compliance with fugitive dust and other environmental controls.
• Inspect and maintain equipment daily, documenting all inspections.
• Operate equipment safely, avoiding idling and ensuring cleanliness of control areas.
• Continuously observe plant operations to monitor feed material quality and overall performance.
• Track and meet production goals, reporting progress to supervisor and crew.

• Initial training provided by Kilgore upon hiring.
