Packaging Associate

Packaging Associate – Pactiv Evergreen Inc.

Do you have experience working in manufacturing, packing products off conveyor lines, mechanical aptitude, working with plastic molding? If so, WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!

As a Packer Inspector, you will support the operation team by working safely in a fast‑paced production warehouse environment, while inspecting product for defects and packing finished goods in correct configuration.

• Package product into boxes and prepare for shipment
• Check for quality issues to product and contact team lead with issues
• Ensure you have enough supplies at your station (boxes, tape …)
• Keep station clean at all times
• Follow safety guidelines at all times

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred
• Ability to work with others effectively as a part of a team is essential
• Ability to follow standard work instructions is required
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Able to effectively communicate. Ability to keep up in a fast‑paced environment.

• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and clothing when required, such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat/bump cap, hair/beard net and gloves
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, bend throughout the duration of the scheduled shift
• Prolonged standing while performing the duties of the job
• Job requires high level of manual dexterity with repetitive use of hands, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles
