Tree House Foods is seeking a Packing Lead for the Ogden, Utah plant. This full-time role on the 1st shift (6:30 am–3:00 pm, Monday–Friday with some Saturdays) oversees the packing line, ensures efficient production, and maintains safety and quality standards.
You will manage staffing, train employees, coach performance, and ensure GMPs and food safety procedures are followed in a fast-paced production environment. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
